For legal and regulatory purposes, references to “MedXchange”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to MEDXCHANGE Sp. z o.o.

2. About the Service

MedXchange provides users with:

• Real-time cryptocurrency market data
• A clean, distraction-free interface
• Tools to assist with market decisions
• A direct link to our verified Binance P2P profile, where users can buy or sell cryptocurrency directly with MedXchange

We do not offer wallet or custodial services on our website. All transactions are conducted through Binance.

3. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where crypto trading is prohibited by law

4. AML & KYC Compliance

MedXchange takes regulatory compliance seriously and adheres to Polish and EU AML/CTF standards.

4.1 Internal AML/KYC Procedures

We conduct identity verification (KYC) and transaction monitoring (AML) for:

• Any single transaction equal to or exceeding €1,000, or
• Any transaction flagged as suspicious, regardless of amount

This may require you to submit:

• Valid government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Source of funds documentation
• Any other information necessary for risk assessment or legal compliance

We reserve the right to:

• Delay, reject, or cancel transactions pending KYC verification
• Report suspicious activity to competent authorities
• Refuse service to users who fail to comply with our AML/KYC obligations

4.2 Binance KYC Compliance

As all trades are executed on Binance, users must also comply with Binance’s own AML/KYC standards. Binance may require independent verification before allowing transactions.

5. Nature of Transactions

When using MedXchange:

• You are buying or selling crypto directly from/to MEDXCHANGE z o.o. via our verified Binance P2P profile
• MedXchange is your counterparty in these trades
• All transaction processing, payment methods, and dispute resolution are governed by Binance’s platform

We do not conduct trades off-platform or outside of Binance’s P2P system.

6. No Financial Advice

All information provided by MedXchange — including price charts, market data, and tools
— is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Financial or investment advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• Legal or tax advice

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

7. Third-Party Services

MedXchange integrates with Binance for the execution of trades. We are not responsible for:

• Binance platform outages or errors
• Delays in order execution or payment processing
• Disputes between you and Binance or other users

You agree to abide by Binance’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable rules when redirected to their platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, layout, and tools on the MedXchange website are the property of MEDXCHANGE Sp. z o.o. or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDXCHANGE Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses from trading cryptocurrency
• Platform errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies

• Issues arising from third-party platforms such as Binance
• Any damages caused by your reliance on data presented on our website
